2D Platformer
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
This is my 2D Platform Tutorial Submission.
Proposed Modifications:
1. First, I will add multiple additional levels to the game to complete a progressive game that increases in difficulty when advancing to the next level. With different environments, pickups, enemies, and more.
2. Also, I will add a variety of enemies for each level that contain different abilities, animations and health, also with more environmental challenges to keep the player engaged while balancing the difficulty.
3. Lastly, I am going to script new abilities, pickups, and fighting tactics. I want to add more abilities and moves when levels get harder to help prepare the player for more intense action. Also, I will try to add in weapons for enemies and potentially for the character as well.

These modifications that you're proposing are really thorough and detailed - fantastic job! I'm looking forward to seeing your final product.
The best advice that I can give you in terms of level design would be to make sure that each level has some sort of unique identifier. New types of challenges, enemies, obstacles, or powerups can massively help with this. Putting some time into playtesting and differentiating your levels (to figure out, from a player's perspective, how the level plays) can also give you some direction in how to design things.
